IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. commits to the prevention of pollution by conducting activities, services, products, and using equipment in a manner that reduces waste and reduces the transfer of waste from one environmental medium to another.
IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. commits to the prevention of pollution by conducting down stream due diligence for materials of concern.

IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. is committed to the prevention of injury and ill health for all persons working for or on the behalf of IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. and for all customers and visitors at the facility.
All persons at IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. must wear all necessary personal protection equipment for the areas and activities they will encounter at the facilities.
All persons working for or on the behalf of IMS Electronics Recycling must follow all occupational health and safety requirements and adhere to applicable training while performing activities at the facility.
All machines and equipment are regularly serviced and in good working condition.
IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. maintains an emergency preparedness and response plan in conjunction with relevant authorities.
IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. is committed to the continual improvement to health & safety performance.

IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. commits to providing the community with a quality services to reuse, reduce, and recycle electronic waste.
IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. commits to providing customers with a recycling chain of custody that is secure and complies with all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations.

IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. is committed to continual improvement and shall cultivate a work environment that focuses on environmental, health, and safety consciousness among all persons working at the facility.
IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. use of the Plan, Do, Check, Act Cycle provides the framework for setting and reviewing EHS objectives for activities, services, products, and equipment used or performed during business operations.

IMS Electronic Recycling Inc. shall provide adequate personnel, organization, technological, and financial support to create and maintain an environmentally, health, and safety conscious operation.
IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. shall educate and train employees to perform job duties in an environmentally responsible and safe manner.
IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. shall communicate the Environmental, Health & Safety policy to all persons working under the control of the organization.

IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. shall conduct business in observance of all applicable laws and regulations.
IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. shall comply with other requirements accepted by the general manager and detailed in Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System.

The environmental, health, and safety policy applies to all persons working for or on the behalf of IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. Since IMS Electronics Recycling Inc. does not have authority over functions performed by the building landlord and services performed by The IMS Group, the policy does not apply to these entities.
